Eelam’s First Private University
The Pursuit of Truth and Wisdom
Our programs, lectures, and research are centered around a positive vision for Eelam and its constituents, with higher educational institutions at the forefront of articulating and realizing this vision.
The Eelam Question
Offered by the Nagesparan School of Social Sciences, this course examines the issues surrounding the status, sovereignty, and governance of Eelam in the international arena. The question of independence will be explored, from multiple perspectives.
Higher Education in Eelam
Offered by the Jnana School of Humanities, this course examines both the state and role of higher education and research in the country. It also discusses the consequences of the lack of emphasis on research, social sciences, and the humanities.
Mythology and the Eelam Conflict
Offered by the Shiva-Shakti School of Divinity, this course examines the role of mythological narratives and varying religious traditions on the international conflict. This will primarily be done through a Jungian lens, incorporating archetypes such as the hero and the martyr.
Multipolarity, Nationalism, and Eelam
Offered by the Yalpanam School of International Relations, this course examines the shift to multipolarity and both the challenges and opportunities that it presents to Eelam. Eelam’s relationship with globalism and nationalism is also investigated.
